DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, add the contents of this bag, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk
- Stir until dough is formed. Once you have fairly uniform clumps, finish combining into a big ball with your hands
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. To form cookies, scoop approx. 1.5 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball with your hands (will be approx. 1.25 inches tall). Place on the baking sheet about 3 inches apart
- Bake for 12-13 minutes. Do not overbake (the center may not look fully baked but a toothpick will come out clean)

Let set on baking sheet for 10 minutes (this is important!) before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling
