DIRECTIONS FOR PANCAKES:
- PREHEAT GRIDDLE TO 375°F
- FOR EACH CUP OF MIX, ADD 1 BEATEN EGG AND 2/3 CUP MILK. (EACH CUP OF MIX MAKES ABOUT 6-8 PANCAKES)
- MIX GENTLY TO FORM A BATTER. DO NOT OVERMIX AS THE PANCAKES MAY BE CHEWY AND LESS FLUFFY
- POUR ONTO YOUR HOT, GREASED, GRIDDLE AND FLIP ONCE AFTER BUBBLES BREAK
DIRECTIONS FOR WAFFLES: ADD 1-2 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL TO THE ABOVE PANCAKE BATTER AND BAKE AS DIRECTED FOR YOUR WAFFLE IRON
