This classic Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix is the perfect treat!  Simply add eggs, vegetable oil and pumpkin, and fill your kitchen with the cozy smell of cinnamon-spiced pumpkin goodness.  Get ready for some pumpkin-y paradise!

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F
  2. BEAT 2 EGGS
  3. ADD 1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL AND 1 CUP OF EITHER PUMPKIN BUTTER, CANNED PUMPKIN OR CANNED PUMPKIN PIE MIX
  4. MIX IN ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THIS BAG
  5. FOR MUFFINS: FILL 12 MUFFIN LINER CUPS. BAKE FOR ~20 MINUTES. TEST FOR DONENESS
  6. FOR BREAD: POUR INTO A GREASED 4 1/2" BY 8" LOAF PAN AND BAKE FOR 50-55 MINUTES. TEST FOR DONENESS
