- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F
- MIX 1 1/4 CUPS OF THIS MIX WITH 1/3 CUP MILK, 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL AND 1/4 CUP OF EITHER APPLE SAUCE OR APPLE BUTTER
- PEEL AND CHOP 2 APPLES TO ABOUT 1/2" SQUARE BY 1/4" THICK
- BLEND CHOPPED APPLES INTO BATTER
- FILL 6 MUFFIN LINER CUPS (HEAPING FULL)
- BAKE FOR 18-22 MINUTES, TEST FOR DONENESS
