DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Peel and slice 2 large apples. Beat together 2 eggs (Or 4 egg whites), 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or apple sauce) and 1/4 cup milk (or apple cider). Mix in entire contents of this bag and sliced apples. Pour into a lightly greased 9” x 9” or 9” x 13” pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Test for doneness.
VARIATION: Add 1 cup chopped nuts to batter.
